In a bowl mix flour, butter, salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Mix with your fingers, then add water, until the dough becomes elastic and comes off the fingers. Let it rest for a while.

Meanwhile, peel the peaches and cut them into quarters. Mix together the sugar, vanilla beans and flour.

Put the dough in the shape of a tart and spread it with your fingers on the entire surface of the form. Place the peaches and put the tray in the preheated oven.

Leave the tray in the oven for about 35-40 minutes, take it out, let it cool a bit and powder it with powdered sugar.
