I fried the nuts and ground them well. Soak the raisins.
Butter, chocolate and milk are put on the fire in a steam bath. When they melt, they set aside. Add the cocoa and sugar mixed. Mix well and set on fire again. When they boil in the first place, let them cool.
After the composition cools, add eggs one at a time, egg by egg (egg, homogenization, egg and so on), then add flour and baking powder. At the end, add the rum essence, the prepared walnuts and the raisins. Grease a pan (I used a round aluminum pan) with butter, pour the composition and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Over the cake, add the coffee icing made according to the recipehttp: //www.bucataras.ro/retete/glazura-de-cafea-52940.html and then the chocolate icing: a teaspoon of butter and chocolate are melted. When it is ready, leave it to cool and place it over the coffee icing over the cake.

Classic blackberry & # 8211 recipes, with chocolate, fasting and more
Like pumpkin pie, blackberry is one of the most popular homemade desserts. Here are some quick and tasty recipes that will inspire you to prepare a delicious blackberry.
Simple black recipe
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 1 or
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 sachet of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Pour the flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and mix the ingredients. Separately, mix the egg with the milk and oil and pour the composition over the flour. Mix everything until you get a homogeneous blackberry composition. Finally add the cocoa, mix and pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Black recipe with chocolate icing
Ingredients for blackberry:
- 300 ml milk
- 300 g flour
- 200 g brown sugar
- 150 g melted butter
- 100 g cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 7 g baking powder
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
Ingredients for the glaze:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well with a whisk. Separately, mix the milk, eggs and melted and cooled butter and mix until smooth, then pour the composition into the flour bowl. Mix well with a spatula until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour the blackberry mixture into a pan and then put it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. When the blackberry is ready, you can take it out to cool, while you prepare the chocolate icing.
Melt the milk and bitter chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and add the sweet cream. Let the icing cool for about 10 minutes and then you can pour it over the cake. Spread and level the icing well with a spatula. Let the blackberry stay at room temperature for about an hour to harden the icing, and then you can serve.
Black fasting recipe with jam
- 350 ml water
- 150 g sugar
- 200 ml oil
- 350 g flour
- 6 tablespoons homemade jam or jam
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix water, oil and sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, over which you will then add the composition with water, oil and sugar. Mix all the ingredients well, using a whisk, until you get a homogeneous composition. Add the jam at the end and mix a little more. Pour the composition for the fasting blackberry in a tray lined with baking paper and put the cake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes. You can serve blackberry with powdered sugar on top or coconut.
Black recipe with chocolate icing and nuts
Ingredients for blackberry:
- 250 g butter
- 150 ml of milk
- 250 g flour
- 5 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 60 g cocoa
- 150 g chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon free of rum
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients for the glaze:
Put eggs, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix well using a mixer until the sugar dissolves and the composition becomes frothy. Add the butter and continue to mix. Then add the rum essence and milk and mix a little more. At the end you can add cocoa, flour and baking powder and mix well until you get a homogeneous blackberry composition. Add the chopped walnuts and mix a little more. Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and put the cake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime, you can prepare the icing. Mix the chocolate with the sweet cream and melt them in a bain marie or in the microwave. After you have taken the blackberry out of the oven and it has reached room temperature, you can also pour the chocolate icing. Leave the cake to cool until the icing hardens and serve.
Black meringue recipe
- 6 eggs
- 250 g butter
- 300 ml milk
- 450 g sugar
- 350 g flour
- 75 gr cocoa
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Separate the egg whites into two separate bowls. Mix in another bowl the butter (which should be at room temperature) with 200 g of sugar. Gradually add a yolk over the butter and mix until it integrates into the composition. Then gradually add flour and baking powder, alternating with milk to more easily mix the composition for blackberry. Finally add the cocoa and mix using a spatula to incorporate it as well as possible. Pour the composition into a tray lined with baking paper and put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Shortly before removing the blackberry from the oven, you must prepare the meringue. So mix the remaining egg whites with a little salt. After they have become foam, gradually add the remaining sugar and mix until you get a glossy and strong meringue. After the 20 minutes have passed, you can take the blackberry out of the oven, and then pour the meringue on top, spreading it evenly. Then put the cake in the oven for another 10 minutes, until the meringue browns slightly. When the blackberry cools, you can sprinkle a little grated chocolate on top or you can powder it with cocoa, to taste.

As far as I know, the black woman also has an egg white cream under the icing, I don't know exactly how it is made, but I can definitely say that.
Ioana 9 years ago - April 20, 2011 09:46
there are many variants of "beautifying" black women. the meringue you are talking about is one, others just a sprinkle of sugar, it can be marbled with cheese (see recipe on the site) or use a chocolate icing. or Mars in the modern version. and I must admit that it is a brilliant, good-looking and tasty idea. as the American would say "it's a keeper".
but words and pictures can't convince you that it's an extremely successful cake, you have to try it.
Norica 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 14:04
if I don't have whipped milk and chocolate, what can I put at my mother's house? I don't remember that she used chocolate and whipped milk ... help me rof
Ioana 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 14:15
I don't see a reason why you should replace them, because whipped milk and marching bars are found in any small food. but if you want you can put instead of whipped milk: 100 ml of milk + 2 teaspoons of vinegar, and instead of bars go any chocolate you want (bitter, with milk, etc.).
Ioana Timis 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 15:20
Ioana, does the oven have to be preheated before? That's what I did and small cracks came out on top of the cake, but I don't know if it's because of that.
Ioana 9 years ago - 22 April 2011 15:55
must be preheated. but it's no problem, I also had cracks (see picture 2). after you glaze it, they won't be seen. that's why we "beautify" the face of the cakes, they don't come out perfect on top. there are small cracks or bumps. pastry chefs solve the problem by cutting the surface of imperfect countertops. but this is not the case, after glazing the cubes will look perfect.
Gabriela Zaharia 9 years ago - 29 April 2011 19:35
Now I took it out of the oven. I baked it in a cake pan with a diameter of 24 (I don't have another one) and it came out a bit high, I kept it in the oven for an hour. It cracked in the middle too, but it's nothing, I can't wait to glaze it. I'm sure it will be delicious, and the raw dough was good, I couldn't help but taste it
Cristina 9 years ago - 29 April 2011 19:51
Ioana I have a little question: can I put yogurt instead of whipped milk?
Gabriela Zaharia 9 years ago - 29 April 2011 20:36
Pt. Cristina: I didn't have whipped milk either, it can't be found here and I replaced it with yogurt and it came out. In all Ioana's recipes, I replace whipped milk with yogurt.

I also made the cake last night. It turned out very good.
It looks a little crumbly, but it probably should be
Anyway, he ate last night, in a few minutes, half a tray. I barely managed to keep it for my friend. thanks ioana for the recipe
adina 9 years ago - 9 May 2011 16:27
Hi, last night I made this cake and it's very good, but I'm not a fan of coffee, and I wanted to ask you if I could replace it with something else. cappuccino made with milk or just milk.
thanks I'm waiting for an answer
Ioana 9 years ago - 9 May 2011 16:32
milk, water you can put. but also cappuccino with milk is a good idea.

Good, good, good. I did and I recommended to others. Special icing with a taste of marching (the only snack after which I go to the wind).
gabi 9 years ago - 17 July 2011 12:04
Do you remember what weight the marching bars had? I know that there are two smaller bars in a package. I understand that you used one with a single stick? I don't want to fail
Ioana 9 years ago - July 18, 2011 09:19
individual marching bars I used. I don't know what weight they have, I think about 50 gr each.
Caesar 9 years ago - July 19, 2011 9:55 PM
In the end, does the glaze harden?
Caesar 9 years ago - July 19, 2011 9:57 PM
Ioana 9 years ago - July 20, 2011 09:19
the icing hardens a little compared to when you put it, but it doesn't become as hard as chocolate. it will be creamy.
you can syrup the countertop a little if you want.
elena 9 years ago - 31 July 2011 23:19
Servus Ioana. I'm a big fan of black women, and your recipe inspired me, but it turned out to be very shattering. Do you have any idea why? So that I can fix the mistake next time.
thank you very much

Ioana itsi I give advice, ka negresa to be even tastier maninko a pik kaldutsa shi ku a ball of ice cream next to it is delicious asha mankam noi in kishinau..kombinatsia is very good..black sweet and a pik kalda after kare comes a teaspoon of cold ice cream ..
Ioana 9 years ago - 8 August 2011 14:00
Elena, it looks like it's baked too hard. Is your oven thermostat accurate enough? I say next time leave it less in the oven and do the toothpick test faster.
mihaela, thank you very much for the suggestion, I will try like this next time.

Ioana 9 years ago - 13 November 2011 13:50
yes, but it won't look good. the glaze is not only for taste but also to hide imperfections from the surface. but you can sprinkle some powdered sugar if you don't want to make the icing.
Loredana Ile 9 years ago - December 1, 2011 15:00
it's the best blackberry I've eaten, the top is very good and the icing is great

Your blackness Ioana looks wonderful. today I am going to try it. but I wouldn't want it to be crumbly. Is that why I'm going to ask Simona what she meant when she said she only used butter (200g)? haven't you put oil on? or?
thanks for the recipe Ioana
Ioana 9 years ago - 2 February 2012 13:55
that's certainly what he meant. but if he reads us we are waiting for him to confirm this.

And the question is, how many grains are in a sachet of baking powder? I don't live in Romania and I don't remember exactly
Ioana 9 years ago - 2 February 2012 15:46
about 10 gr. read on your envelope for how much flour your baking powder is indicated and match.
Simina 9 years ago - 10 February 2012 11:51
I also made the cake. it turned out DELICIOUS !! Only it's not a recipe like the one from Ceasca's time !! It's 99% identical to Elglish Chocolate Fudge Cake !! Heat in the microwave as much as you want to eat to melt the icing and serve with vanilla ice cream (or sweet cream for children, in winter). The excellent hot-cold combination !!

this cake will always remain in my memory. today my 4 year old and 8 month old daughter did it alone. I just prepared the ingredients for him, because he doesn't know how to weigh. She's so excited you don't even know! That's all he mentioned "Mommy's hand is already hurting from so much spinning, but it's going to be so tasty!". I will put some pictures. proof. I haven't tasted it yet, because I just put the icing on it and it's still warm. it smells extraordinarily good. we didn't find the marching chocolate (at the store where we live) and so we used snickers in an emergency. and I didn't have any liquid cream and I used a few teaspoons of sour cream. I said let's try. and good thing I tried. it turned out very, very good. I didn't expect the icing to come out so good. only the chocolate hazelnuts can be seen above, but they look very good. I'll be back when I taste it. we made it in the shape of a cake (26 cm, and it was k. it didn't come out too high). it was my little girl's wish.
Ioana 8 years ago - 2 September 2012 12:42
I hope the taste delighted the little one as much as the preparation! it's great that you involve her in this kind of very relaxing activities. congratulations!
mihaela 8 years ago - 2 September 2012 15:59
very cool. today I went to the mother-in-law's table and we had to take the "cake" with us and you realize that it was necessary to sing "Happy Birthday!" (even if there are still 4 months until then). she was delighted to be told how good she made the cake.
Ioana 8 years ago - 3 September 2012 15:31
correctly, if he has worked so hard, his merits must be recognized

Lidia 8 years ago - 8 September 2012 16:36
now I put the blackberry in the oven, I hope it comes out, earlier I started to make a blackberry but with the recipe from another site and I realized that it's a recipe idiocy: now I'm starting to make the icing, the problem is since I don't have whipped cream, I'll try milk, I hope something comes out
RAMONA 8 years ago - 23 September 2012 00:22
I respected absolutely everything and my cake didn't grow at all. WHY?
Natalie 8 years ago - 23 September 2012 00:25
What a better recipe for black women !!
Ioana 8 years ago - 24 September 2012 10:54
did you put the baking powder? was it ok just without him, your cake wouldn't have grown like the world.
Toni 8 years ago - 29 September 2012 23:22
Hi Ioana, I made blackberry today according to your recipe and it turned out very crumbly. What did I do wrong? The icing with Mars instead is delicious! Thanks!
Ioana 8 years ago - 30 September 2012 11:12
Did you keep it in the oven longer? if not, next time you can test it a little faster than the time I gave and as the toothpick is clean you take it out.
Mihaela 8 years ago - October 21, 2012 10:13
Today I made your recipe. I used all your ingredients, except the coffee I replaced with milk. After removing the cake from the oven, I noticed that it had not grown evenly, and after a few minutes the raised part withdrew. I don't know what I did wrong because she didn't grow tall. Should the composition be done quickly?
Ioana 8 years ago - 22 October 2012 11:03
yes, the composition should be baked immediately after you have prepared it. was the cake baked inside when you cut it?
Mihaela 8 years ago - 22 October 2012 19:23
Yes, the cake was baked inside, but it didn't come out fluffy and tall. Otherwise, it turned out tasty and was not even crumbly. Should the baking powder be extinguished? I think that could be the cause, I put it off.
Ioana 8 years ago - 23 October 2012 11:52
the baking powder must not be extinguished. I think you mixed the dough too hard. usually this type of cake (and cake) is easy to mix. I use the target for the most part, because it's not as hard with the dough as a spoon. try this next time.
Mihaela 8 years ago - 23 October 2012 21:55
It is possible that the dough was mixed too hard, indeed. Next time I will try my best. Thanks for the reply.

Oh, how good this cake is. I made a tray today, yes, I think it's small for 2 people, for sure this recipe will be on my list of favorite cakes, I have a question: if next time I would add pitted cherries on the counter, would it be ok? I have some cherries, without seeds, in the jar and I was thinking of trying to add them to the counter when I make more blackberries, but I would also be interested in your opinion.
RAMONA 7 years ago - 8 June 2013 22:56
I also made blackberry today, it turned out perfect, delicious, congratulations for the site, I tried many of the recipes posted here are all extraordinary!

Good evening, Ioana, the unbeaten whipped cream from the recipe refers to the whipped cream powder in the envelope. I'm not sure I understood well. I saw it in another recipe, for the chocolate and coconut cake. I haven't tried any yet for this reason. for recipes, it is the best site. Congratulations! Don't stop, we rely on you!
Ioana 7 years ago - 20 June 2013 13:50
Cristina, this is natural cream for whipped cream. looks like this: [link] or like this [link]
it's like sour cream. if you beat it it becomes whipped cream. is found in supermarkets.
cristina 7 years ago - 20 June 2013 15:45

CHOCOLATE BLACK recipe
Classic desserts never go out of style, especially those that remind you of childhood and the taste of home. We thought about what our happiness would be today and we stopped at the famous chocolate blackberry. As simple as it is to prepare, as tasty as it is. Fluffy, with an intense and healthy chocolate taste, it promises to conquer you from the first tasting.
Put in 100 grams of chocolate freezer, for a few minutes, until it hardens well, then add it to the bowl of the food processor or in the mixer, until you get a powder. The remaining 100 grams are chopped with a coarse knife.
The butter kept at room temperature is mixed, together with the essence and the sugar, until a dense foam is obtained.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, which are gradually added over the butter cream. Mix well and, in the cream thus obtained, add flour, chocolate powder, cocoa and baking powder. Then add the milk.
The egg whites are mixed with a pinch of salt until it becomes strong enough foam. Incorporate into the mixture.
In a tray lined with baking paper, add the composition and bake for about 30 minutes.
For the chocolate icing, melt the chocolate in a steam bath, add milk, gradually, until you get the desired consistency and pour over the cake.
Fasting blackberry with chocolate icing and peanuts
210 gr flour 200 gr sugar 40 gr cocoa 10 gr baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt a sachet of vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla extract 80 gr refined oil 300 ml plain water.
For the icing: 2 tablets of dark chocolate, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable milk (coconut, soy.) Or peanut water.
Method of preparation
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the oil, water and vanilla extract.
Mix well with a whisk until the lumps disappear. We need to get a shiny cream, quite liquid.
Pour the composition into a baking dish, greased with oil.
Bake the blackberry for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees C.
Do not open the oven at all for 20 minutes. And after that, do the toothpick test. If the toothpick, after you have pricked the blackberry, comes out clean, remove the dish from the oven.
Let it cool for 15-20 minutes, then (while the black is still hot) turn it over on a wire rack.
I sliced it when it cooled, but you can leave it whole and decorate it like a cake.
We prepare chocolate icing:
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in the steam bath (so that the icing does not harden after cooling, you can add a few tablespoons of vegetable milk or water).
The peanuts, which we fried lightly, we grind not very finely in the food processor.
Grease the blackberry slices with chocolate icing and sprinkle with peanuts.
It can be served hot, decorated with bitter cherry jam and ice cream. Or just sprinkled with powdered sugar.
BLACKBERRY WITH CHOCOLATE AND MANGO SORBET
Recipe of blackberry with chocolate and mango sorbet it is the delight you fall in love with at first sight, then for the intense taste of the chocolate and the slightly moist and very pleasant texture, and the final taste is surprising by the presence of the contrasts between sweet-sour and hot-cold.
Chocolate blackberry is one of the most beloved desserts and I think that in all homes there is a recipe that housewives often prepare when they want a simple but at the same time seductive homemade cake.
As Valentine's Day approaches, you can remember the idea so that you can indulge in something delicious prepared very quickly.
Blackberry recipe with chocolate and mango sorbet was prepared by Laura Nechita, author of the blog Laura Sweets especially for the project I cook with friends, which I kept live on Facebook. Especially for this project I created the group I cook with friends (you can sign up if click here). In the current conditions, in which we keep the social distance, we have chosen to continue to share your friends' recipes in the online version.
If you don't know Laura, I invite you to visit her blog & # 8211 click here and you will be redirected to it.
I don't know Laura personally, but thanks to the internet we became friends with the culinary passion as a common subject, but also photography and travel. She has two wonderful children whom she pampers with a lot of goodies.
I especially like her desserts with chocolate and coffee, although they all look just as appetizing. In addition, it has many suggestions for sugar-free desserts. You have a source of inspiration. You can find Laura on Facebook if click here.
Coming back to blackberry recipe with chocolate and mango sorbet I leave you with some useful tips to always make a good cake:
- 1. use good quality dark chocolate & # 8211 I do not recommend cheap household chocolate (in this case cheap also means bad)
- 2. only 80% fat butter is used in cakes
- 3. to intensify the taste you can add a little coffee (espresso or instant coffee dissolved in hot water)
- 4. Do not cut the blackberry with chocolate as soon as you take it out of the oven, no matter how tempting it is.
- 5. Do not bake excessively, as you lose slightly moist texture and consistency
Now I leave the list of ingredients and how to prepare for blackberry with chocolate and mango sorbet & # 8211 recipe Laura Nechita.
(10-12 servings & # 8211 shape with a diameter of 26 cm)
250 gr chocolate minimum 50%
30 ml intense espresso coffee
Melt the butter with the chocolate, then add the coffee. Homogenize and leave to warm.
Mix the egg foam, salt and sugar until it doubles in volume.
Add the chocolate composition in a thin thread, continuing to mix in the eggs.
Add sifted flour with baking powder and mix. Grease a ceramic baking tin with butter, then sprinkle a little sugar on all sides.
Pour the composition and level nicely.
Bake the blackberry in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 40 -45 minutes.
After baking you can glaze with melted chocolate or you can leave it simple.
Serve the blackberry after tempering, along with a cube of mango sorbet.
